To support our growing activities, we are looking for an enthusiastic pre-sales / support engineer for our operations in HCM City. You will be responsible for the support services to our partners and end-customers all over Vietnam plus companies overseas. This includes initial conversation with new potentials, working together with our partners to provision Awingu and other solutions from POC to full deployment, remote or on-site installations and configurations of our solutions (Awingu & others) into their existing Windows backend. You will need to ensure deliverable objectives are met.

YOUR PROFILE

We are looking for somebody with a few years of experience with Windows Server technology (Active Directory, RDS, fileserver, …) and IT infrastructure in general (virtualization, azure/AWS, networking, …) but most of all, somebody who is eager to learn and loves helping customers.

This is the perfect job for somebody who has already 2-3 years of working experience as Windows server support engineer and that is ready for the next step in his/her career. Working as a support engineer at Maddox Technologies will let you get into contact with a very wide range of technologies and a diverse team of cyber-security experts around the world.

The ideal candidate

• Has 2-3 years of “hands-on” experience in a support / operations role
• Has excellent knowledge (ie hands-on skills) in Windows Server, networking, Microsoft RDS or Citrix, infrastructure, Microsoft Azure (and other cloud platforms) and Azure AD.
• Solid firewall knowledge and configurations.
• Strong understanding of DNS, ACL, Active Directory.
• Has a positive and professional attitude, initiative and result oriented.
• Fast learner.
• Enjoys working with people, and specifically customers.
• Has the ability to work independently and with limited supervision.
• Native Vietnamese speaker and proficient in English (written & spoken).
