Job Title: Fix Broadband Network Expert

Job Summary, Key Responsibilities and Qualifications:

Job Summary:
The Fix Broadband Network Expert is responsible for providing comprehensive technical product support to a dedicated customer in the role of a Engineer expert. He will support to diagnosing, trouble shooting, maintaining, repairing, and debugging complex packet-based telecom access equipment. This includes Internet, VOIP, IPTV, wireless 802.11 and Mesh, Ethernet and GPON media using CLI and SNMP based management systems. The position is based in Vietnam and provide the technical support to Asia area, too.

Responsibilities
• The Fix Broadband Network Expert provide main roles as: technical issue support; project deployment support; PoC test with customer; LAB firmware verification.
• The Fix Broadband Network Expert must be an expert on the products that are supported by this role including DZS OLT, ONT’s, CPE, Switches and Management Software applications. The Fix Broadband Network Expert will work closely with sales engineers, technical support, project stakeholders and on-site technicians to complete projects efficiently.
• The Fix Broadband Network Expert role is a professional services level position where assignments are designed to develop professional work knowledge and abilities. The role requires the ability to perform Engineering task for major customer projects with little or no oversight.
• Once the product agreed and designed, prepare the ATP (Test Items to test the product) and lead the testing.
• Prepare the required customer documentations/presentations.

Qualifications:
● Engineering Degree in related field, preferably in Electronics & communication, computer science or CCNA/CCNP with bachelor’s degree.
● 2-10 years related professional experience.
● Strong working knowledge of packet-based Internet, VOIP, IPTV and Pseudo Wire Services, communication protocols and technologies
● Excellent verbal and written communications skills
● Able to balance customer demands with internal business requirements.
● Viettel working experience is advantage like as: PoC; Network upgrade; LAB test …
● Network certificate is advantage like as: CCNA/CCNP …
